Vertu has added an amazing new model, Ascent Ferrari GT, to its Ascent
line. For its latest creation, the luxury mobile phone company was
inspired by the engine of the Ferrari 458 Italia.

Ascent Ferrari GT is the latest example of a successful collaboration
between two brands and features the result of the integration of
Ferrari and Vertu design. The look of this exclusive phone is designed
to bring to everyone’s mind the image of the ‘prancing horse’. The
side panels of the phone feature a reproduction of the cylinders of
the Ferrari engine and the buttons on the keypad are decorated in
Ferrari red. The shiny metal of the Ferrari logo appears on the back.
Even the choice of materials used and the manufacturing process are
the result of close collaboration between the two prestigious
companies and the sides of the phone were painted in the same workshop
where the covers of the Ferrari engines are painted.

In addition to its unique design, Ascent Ferrari GT is also a product
of advanced technology with 3G connectivity, 32GB of internal memory,
GPS and a 5-mega pixel camera/videocamera. Two original ringtones,
originally created from the roar of the Ferrari 458 Italia engine,
were also made for the telephone. Ascent Ferrari GT will be available
in Vertu stores and in Ferrari dealerships starting at a price of €
8,900.
